Self-Care Retreats

Are you struggling with stress, burnout, anxiety or grief? Are you on autopilot or stuck on “the hamster wheel” of life? Always putting yourself last? Are you sick of being tired and wish your back pains, headaches, or digestive issues would just go away?

The reality is...

We accept our lives as they are (full of stress) and never look for help or support. Most people are putting themselves last in life and don't know why they are exhausted, stressed, unhappy, not well. Most people have no idea what is happening on the inside when stress is present, until they finally break down (physically or emotionally). 


Why do we wait for a breakdown, live a life that is only half full or accept one that is full of suffering? Maybe if you knew what you are inadvertently doing to yourself on the inside, you would choose to take better care of yourself, learn how to relax and address your lifestyle so you can truly be happy and healthy? BeWell knows education and awareness are key to change. You can’t change what you aren’t aware of.

We are here to help!

We have created many different programs and resources to help you create a lifestyle that supports your health and well-being. While healthy, daily routines such as walking or meditation are recommended by BeWell, nothing will restore you and your nervous systems like extended time away from your devices, work or home responsibilities and actively relaxing and caring for yourself. 

Pain is not a way of life but a wake-up call to the urgency to live in-balance and fully in the present moment.

Daily Active Relaxation Self-Care Retreats

If you are looking to hit the pause button and relax and detox yourself from your stressful life, then our Daily Active Relaxation Self-Care Retreats are for you. 


Want to do it with friends + family? As a team-builder? To reward your staff or for a birthday or wedding celebration? BeWell is here to help and will customize your experience to suit your needs and bring greater health and well-being into your life. Daily Active Relaxation Self-Care Retreats are full-day or half-day and fully customizable. 


Retreats take place at New England’s own award-winning Active Relaxation Center in Cranston, RI, Raffa Yoga and Urban Sweat and include:


  • Concierge service with a certified health coach to customize and lead you through your day
  • A welcome session with a Raffa Real Food wheatgrass shot or smoothie
  • Participation in 75 min Raffa Yoga class
  • Healthy lunch + dessert combined with an optional  meeting or educational wellness session with a certified health coach 
  • Unlimited daily access to the active relaxation center, Urban Sweat
  • Ad on Spa amenities optional.
