Why does being well matter?
It matters because the truth is we are more than just our physical bodies. We are more than what you can see. We were created with a body, mind, and spirit yet we tend to focus on only what we can see. As a result, our society is not well and this was before the Covid-19 Pandemic. This is evidenced by our rate of chronic disease, addiction, overdose, suicide, anxiety, depression, divorce, etc. The state of our well-being aligns with the balance of our body, mind, and spirit and is foundational to our overall health and happiness. The state of our well-being impacts everyone and everything in our lives: our relationships, our health, our productivity at work and school, our communities, our country, and our world.
Everyone and everything is connected. According to The New York Times, Americans are among the most stressed people in the world. As a result, self-care that focuses on our body, mind AND spirit can no longer be considered a luxury, it’s a necessity. We are not invincible. If we don’t start putting ourselves first and take care of our own body, mind, and spirit, at some point in time we will break. This will affect everyone and everything in our lives. It’s that important and that simple.
OK... enough of all that already! We’re assuming if you’re still reading you’re ready to be well but need help getting there or staying there because life will continue to throw challenges at us even when we finally get well.
Self-care can no longer be viewed as selfish or a luxury. It's a necessity given our fast paced world. We can no longer continue to ignore our health and well-being and think we’re fine.
We have the choice to live our lives in a way that supports our health and well-being or not.

Looking for 1:1 health coaching? Then our 6 month program is for you! By working more closely together, we will address the root cause of your issues by addressing all areas of your life in order to allow for holistic healing. During our 12 coaching sessions together (every other week) we will create and implement a plan specific to your individual goals and lifestyle. You will gain the education, guidance and support needed, as well as be held accountable, to empower you on your wellness journey with results that can last a lifetime.
Why 6 Months? A 6 month program gives you the time to develop new habits to achieve the health and well-being goals you have set, and allows you to reset your own habits for life-long success. Changes don't happen overnight, and it takes time to develop new habits. Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. BeWell wants to be with you throughout your journey so you can have all the education, support, access and inspiration you need for today and the future to finally live the healthy, happy life you’ve been waiting for.
